Poing near Munich

The Building Centre Poing will be open for you again from 13 May!

From 13 May 2020 you can experience and visit our show house in Poing “live” again. In order to make you feel safe and to make your visit to the exhibition comfortable, some measures have been taken to prevent direct contact between visitors.

Here you can book an appointment for your visit online. In the time between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m. you will have a time window of 10 minutes each in the reception area of the exhibition, during which only you will enter the exhibition. We therefore also ask you to be at the cash desk punctually within these 10 minutes so that there is no overlap with other visitors. You are also welcome to make an individual appointment directly with our planning consultant Dipl.-Ing. Architect Tobias Seckinger by phone ( +49 89 90129913 / +49 170 2244436) or by e-mail ( poing@davinci-haus.de ) and discuss the further procedure.

On the exhibition grounds themselves you can move around without time limit.

We are looking forward to meeting you!

Modern timeless architecture is developed by concentrating on the important things, is defined by clear lines and structures without any twirls. The living comfort gained by high quality materials is a basic elementary aspect. This show house is an example of this type of architecture. Chosen materials are wood and glass. They fit within the concept of the advantageous factory manufacturing, the individual design and boundless changes. The slender timber post + beam construction dominates the complete ensemble. It dictates as a whole but allows freedom for the individual.

poing_galerie6Before you enter the house you notice the pond. Butting up to the building and integrated into the patio, the creation of the floating stage has been made.

Beyond the extensive entrance hallway, the view of the spacious and light living / dining area is opened up for the visitor. The exclusive DAVINCI kitchen with breakfast bar is a special highlight in this show house. The dining table creates the open entrance to the large and light living room.

A study, or guest room, and a guest toilet rounds off the room programme on the ground floor. By using the original colourfully designed staircase you gain access to the spacious master bedroom on the upper floor. Between the master bedroom and ensuite bathroom, a dressing room is placed which provides a generous amount of room and storage.

The designer bathroom presents itself as a sunlit retreat. The eye-catcher is the free-standing large round bathtub.

The complete interior of the show house is complimented with made to measure fitted furniture produced in our own carpentry workshop. The internal layout can be freely defined by the client’s wishes and requirements.

DAVINCI HAUS – a house which awakes holiday dreams.
